Throughout my 1 year shopping with gmarket, I would say that it has been a really awesome experience..

I’ve thought of 5 reasons why I’m such a big fan of gmarket =D

(1) Items are priced reasonably!

The items on gmarket are really cheap, sometimes, I feel that it is even cheaper than the retail price in Korea due to the various discounts available! And many of these items are entitled to free domestic shipping~
Also, there are some items which are slightly expensive.. But usually for the expensive items, the quality is really true to its price!

(2) Service provided by sellers have improved a lot

Sometimes, I will type out an “inquiry” to the seller to ask about the product. These questions include whether a particular item will be re-stocked, or whether the free gift is still available, or what material is the item made of. Compared to the service one year ago, the sellers have became rather efficient and take about 1~3 days before they reply me.. The standard of english has really improved a lot! In the past, I once received a string of korean words which translated to “I do not speak english.” and no proper answer was provided. However, in the past few months, most of my replies were in English that I could understand and I guess they have really put in a lot of effort in this aspect.

(3) Efficient Delivery Speed

The speed of delivery has increased a lot since I first started one year ago~~ Now,  it only takes about 7 to 14 days for my parcel to arrives! The quickest record I had was only 6 days!!
G Market Warehouse packs the parcel really fast! Usually once all the items have arrived in the warehouse, the parcel is shipped out on the day itself and I will receive the parcel in 3~5 days after that.. Subjected to my own local post office delivery speed.

(4) Discounts, Coupons & Promotions & More Discounts & Coupons & More..

Today, there are so many discounts available!

First is the shipping promotion which lasted since December, and it has been extended till February. It makes it very worthwhile to purchase in bulk!!
Heavier Parcel = Cheaper Shipping rate
I’m glad I’m living in countries that are entitled for the promotion..

Also, the shipping rewards is something that I use very frequently!! You only have to pay 10,000W for 50,000W of shopping credit. This means that you save  40,000W~ And it spans over 3 months.. I have always manage to finish using my rewards!

Furthermore, you can take part in GLotto & Click Discounts Coupons to “Draw” for the coupons & Take part in the Roulette & also collect G Stamps which can allow you to exchange for even more coupons!!

There’s also mileage available and you can collect 9,000 mileage and exchange it for the 50,000W shopping rewards.

There’s so many discounts you can explore inside G Market and of course, save more and more money!!

Now, I would like to share a few of my excellent buys from gmarket~~

(1) KPOP 2012 Season Greetings & Diary/Calendar Set

I get my items either from synarra or 음반몰 

My favourite buy was of course 2PM 2012 Season Greetings! 

And when you open it, it looks like this..

Comes with a calendar, Diary, Postcard, Stickers and this white plastic bag printed with ’2PM’, and of course, not forgetting the awesome poster.

Why is it so awesome? Look at the diary. On khun’s birthday, there’s his face!! This diary is really really really very pretty.

And the photos are like all new~~ *ahem* and it’s really really really pretty.

And compared to all the other season greetings, it is the cheapest.. Probably because they released the item very late, compared to all the other groups.. and thus they have to lower the price to attract more people to buy.. but omg, i’m really ultimate satisfied with this buy.

Another popular buy was SHINee’s 2012 Diary.. Really reasonable at a price of 14,000W and it comes with 15 post cards!

Not forgetting their fellow label mates~~ In the month of December, on top of the diaries and the calendars, there were so many things to purchase~~ SM Town Winter album, SHINee World Concert Photobook & SS3 DVD..

Super Junior’s diary is extremely pretty.. Look at the array of postcards!! Each comes with a printed fan sign~~

**ALL items were delivered by the seller on the release date ^_^ which made my orders really fast! Some items were even delivered one day before!

To add on to my KPOP collection, I bought the 2PM Star cards (from synarra) as well!

Adding on to my collection~~ of my fav! 

It’s really exciting to open packets after packets.. it’s an expensive thrill of joy. hahaha.

Alright.. enough of KPOP! My next best buy of the year was..

50cm rilakkuma aka relaxing bear from here. It came with mr mu. a vegetable toy which i gave away.

The material is really very soft~ and very similar to the one I bought in Japan.. Only difference is that the hands and the legs don’t have the bean thingy. So i’m not exactly sure if it is 100% authentic. But other than that, the texture and everything is totally the same!!

Seriously contemplating if i should buy a bigger rilakkuma..

PORORO PLASTERS!!

I guess it would be awesome for running man fanatics.

this was a camera bag bought for a friend..

Seller was nice and understanding. I wanted the “tan” colour but it as out of stock so i posted an inquiry and the seller got back to me and apologized, saying the “tan” colour is available but the production was not of good quality, thus they are not selling the product.

seller was really nice and hand-wrote a note in korean which obviously i can’t understand anything.. but i believe it said thank you for my purchase. haha.

bag comes with a bag-in-bag which comes with a compartment to store separate lens. this is the perfect bag for dslr-owners.

And last but not the least, I finally bought the world map which I had been eyeing for a very very very long time.

Also, there are stickers provided by the seller.. as seen from all the stickers in the map and it’s quite fun to identify where the stickers belong to..
